Office Manager
Maya, with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition, is a well-rounded Office Administrator and a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Coding/Billing/Collections specialist. She comes to Physical Therapies having served many physician groups in California for over 15 years. A cheerful communicator, with a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), she is well-versed in running a healthcare practice. She is all about Customer Service and will go the extra length to ensure that everyone visiting Physical Therapies Specialties has an experience well beyond their expectations. When not at the office, she likes to go for long walks, hot yoga sessions and traveling.
Patient Representative
Darlene is our patient liaison and has been employed at PTS for over 16 years; she knows almost every facet of our company. Her passion is to help as many patients as possible achieve optimal health and to assure that every patient is completely satisfied and their goals are being met. Our patients can feel confident knowing they have a patient advocate that can assist with various concerns including contacting their therapist if they should have questions regarding their treatment. Darlene's favorite past time is watching her grandchildren and working out at Club Sport and traveling.
